Raceway Express Car Wash

I had an outstanding experience at Raceway Car Wash! My car was absolutely filthy after a cross-country road trip, and I honestly wasn't sure it would come out looking as good as it did. They did an amazing job—it looked so clean and refreshed when they were finished. Danielle went above and beyond with her customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. The free vacuums were an added bonus and made it easy to put the finishing touches on my car before leaving. I drove away completely satisfied and would highly recommend Raceway Car Wash to anyone looking for excellent service and outstanding results!

I wanted to give a shoutout to David at Raceway Car Wash in Gilbert. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. He takes the time to answer questions, makes customers feel welcome, and genuinely seems to care about providing great service. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. David’s customer service is one of the reasons I enjoy coming back. Raceway is lucky to have him on their team! Highly recommend this location thanks to employees like David.

The carwash put a giant dent in the back of my 4runner. Manager told me they were not responsible and would not help with anything. Asked about video and was told to ask insurance to get it. Absolutely not helpful and cannot recommend at all. Insurance advised the video provided them was some of the worst they have seen, so conveniently cant see anything in it. I had requested to look at it originally and was rebuffed by the manager. Just absolute terrible customer service.

We drove in from Knoxville TN and wanted to get the bugs and road film off. Pull up and Danielle took great care of us. The wash does an excellent job on your vehicle then they have the nice soft cloths to wipe everything down then great vacuums to top it off. Definitely will use them again if needed before heading back east.
